Once a year, all Scouting America members, both youth and adults, must renew their membership.
For those that joined on or after August 1, 2023, your renewal date is the last day prior to your anniversary month the following year.
For many of you that joined prior to August 1, 2023, your renewal is due DECEMBER 31, 2024.

Renewal Steps
[ 1 ] Login
To My.Scouting.org
[ 2 ] Select the Bell
Found in the top right corner of your account.
[ 3 ] Select Pop-up
“Registration for John Williams is expiring soon, click here to renew.”
[ 4 ] Review Info.
Select “Go to Payment”
[ 5 ] Agree to Terms
Agree to all of the Terms & Conditions
[ 6 ] Scout Life Sub
Either Confirm or Edit your choice of Scout Life magazine
[ 7 ] Credit Card Info.
Enter or Confirm your credit card information.
[ 8 ] Place Order
Click the “Place Order” button.
[ 9 ] Complete
Select “Complete Registration” button.
Unit Renewal
Unit and Individual renewals are separate for the first time this year.
If you are a unit Key 3 leader, unit renewal opens two months prior to the unit’s expiration date and needs to be completed by that date.
Unit Key 3 will click on “Unit Renewal” in the left column in “Organization Manager” to start the process when the unit renewal period opens.
Unit Charter Fee is $100.
